These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of JAPA TIME's ("we," "our," or "us") Live ISKCON Temple Darshan, Japa & Śāstra services. In service to Śrīla Prabhupāda and ISKCON’s mission, these Terms reflect devotional principles, respectful use, and care for śāstra-based resources.
JAPA TIME is a free devotional website supporting live temple darshan, japa, śāstra study, līlā contemplation, and Vaiṣṇava practice. The site is guided by the principles of Śrīla Rūpa Gosvāmī's Bhakti-rasāmṛta-sindhu and the teachings of Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu.

All spiritual content, including chanting, mantras, and scriptural references, belong to the paramparā (disciplic succession) and are offered for spiritual purposes only. No commercial use or modification is permitted.
According to Vedic wisdom, spiritual progress depends on individual sincerity and grace. We make no guarantees regarding spiritual outcomes. Participation is at your own discretion and responsibility.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services based on spiritual guidance and practical considerations. Changes will be communicated in accordance with spiritual principles.
Any disputes regarding service will be resolved according to Vedic principles of reconciliation (śānti) and scriptural guidance, prioritizing spiritual harmony over legal formalities.
We may restrict access to users who violate spiritual principles, misuse the site, or disrupt devotional resources. Such decisions will be made carefully and with spiritual consideration.
